We offer fast, same-day shipping on qualifying items when your order is placed by 12pm noon EST, with delivery in 1-3 business days from the ship date, within the contiguous United States. Orders of $40+ qualify for free shipping. Please click here for detailed information on our shipping policy.
WHERE WE SHIP
Cleaner’s Cart proudly serves customers within the United States. Customers located within the contiguous United States have the option of Free Shipping and Quick Ship on eligible items/orders, as outlined in our shipping policy. We also gladly serve customers in Alaska and Hawaii, however, these orders are not eligible for Free Shipping or Quick Ship. Shipping rates to AK and HI will be calculated during checkout. Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are limited to economy service.
OUR LOCATIONS
With our primary warehouse being centrally located in Ohio, we are positioned to provide rapid and reliable delivery to our customers across the country. Products designated as QUICK SHIP ship from our Ohio warehouse. All Oversized items ship from our headquarters in San Antonio, Texas.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
Quantity discounts are available on all items and vary by product. Please refer to the product page and click on “Show Bulk Discounts” in the pricing box for specific discount details for each particular item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return a product within 30 days of your purchase in unused like-new condition with all the original packaging and parts to receive a complete refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any necessary shipping insurance.
In the event an item is found to be defective, please contact us for resolution options.
When returning equipment, items must be returned in unused, like-new condition in their original packaging, with all parts, manuals and accessories. We reserve the right to deny returns on equipment not returned in original condition.
